The most prestigious educational institution in the country, the University of the Philippines, Diliman is 21 minutes away (9 km) from the subdivision, via Quezon Avenue and R-7. You will spend 29 minutes on the road, if you pass through East Avenue. Miriam College is also 29 minutes by car for the 12 km stretch. This route is through the Quezon Avenue and R-7. Ateneo de Manila University is 26 minutes by car (11.3 km) via Quezon Avenue and R-7. You can pass by Aurora Boulevard and R-6 for 37 minutes (9.8 km).
Nearby schools for primary pupils are: the Project 6 Special Science Elementary School, which is a 18-minute drive by car (7.2 km) through the Quezon Avenue and R-7. This is a school for academically gifted pupils. The Diosdado Macapagal Elementary School is nearer to the subdivision; it will take you only 11 minutes on foot (900 m) to reach there via the Kaliraya Road.
For your medical emergencies, there are several hospitals you can go to. Quezon City has the best medical facilities in the country. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute is 17 minutes away by car (6.0 km), if you pass through Quezon Avenue and R-7. The East Avenue Medical Center is a 16-minute drive by car (5.5 km) via Quezon Avenue and R-7. Another option is to take Timog Avenue and Mother Ignacia Avenue, and travel for 20 minutes (4.9 km) to get there.
The Philippine Heart Center is 17 minutes away (7.4 km) via Quezon Avenue and R-7. The Lung Center of the Philippines is 16 minutes by car (7.4 km), if you pass through Quezon Avenue and R-7. The MRT (Metro Railway Transit), the fastest public transportation facility, is right beside Trinoma. From there, you can commute to any city in the bustling metropolis; and not contend with traffic congestions. However, you will have to leave your car behind. The SM Mall in Sta. Mesa is closer, if you take the Gregorio Araneta Avenue –just 15 minutes by car for the 3.2 km distance. Going there on foot will take you 39 minutes through Gregorio Araneta Avenue too.
There are lots of restaurants within reach from the villas. You may want to have tea at the popular The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, which is 10 minutes away (2.7 km) via Don A Roces Avenue. For a succulent chicken dish, you can drop by the Max’s Restaurant, only 10 minutes by car (3.0 km) through the Quezon Avenue and R-7 route.
Government offices, such as the NCR-Land and Transportation Office (LTO) and Philhealth are within easy reach. LTO is just a 6-minute drive by car (1.3 Km) via Quezon Avenue, R-7 and Kaliraya Road; while you can walk for 13 minutes to the Philhealth office, which is only 1.1 km away. You can take the Champaca and Kaliraya route.
